Privacy policy
This policy describes how Raupar Solution S.L.U. (the "Operator") processes personal data of visitors to raupar.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies only to the corporate website at raupar.com. It does not apply to Raupar's product platforms (IncentIA, ERPia, MindOCR and R-Iot), which are operated under their own terms and privacy policies. Of those, the only one with a publicly available site is incentia.app.
3. What data we process on this site
This website is a largely static marketing site. Data processed here comes from three sources:
- Contact form. When you submit the contact form on /contacto, we receive the fields you fill in (name, email, company, inquiry type and message). We use those data to respond to your request.
- Email correspondence. If you contact us by email instead of through the form, we receive your email address and the content of the message, and we process it for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
- Server access logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data when your browser requests pages — for example IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp. These logs are kept for security and operational purposes for a limited period, as defined by the hosting provider's policy.
Your browser also stores a small preference locally (language selection,
key preferred-lang) via the Web Storage API. This value is
used exclusively in your browser to remember your language choice and is
never transmitted to the Operator's servers.
4. Cookies
This website does not set first-party cookies and does not use analytics, tracking pixels or marketing cookies. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is presented.
If this changes in the future (for example when analytics is introduced), this policy will be updated and an appropriate consent mechanism will be added.
5. Third-party services
This site uses the following third-party services that may receive limited technical data from your browser when you load the page:
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) — to
serve the Onest typeface. When the page loads, your browser
establishes a connection to
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com, which transmits your IP address and user agent to Google. The legal basis is legitimate interest in consistent typography across visitors. See Google's privacy policy. - Form handler. Submissions of the contact form are processed by our form-handling provider under a data-processor agreement. Submitted data is stored for the period required to respond to your request.
- Hosting provider. Pages and assets are served by our hosting provider, which processes connection metadata as described above in section 3.
6. Legal basis for processing
- Consent and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.a / 6.1.b GDPR) for processing the data you submit through the contact form or by email, in order to respond to your request.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for server logs and consistent webfont rendering, for security and presentation purposes.
7. Data retention
We retain contact-form submissions and email correspondence for as long as they are operationally relevant to our commercial relationship with you, plus any periods required by tax or commercial law. Server logs are kept for the period defined by the hosting provider, typically not exceeding 90 days for raw access logs.
8. International transfers
Google Fonts may involve transfers of technical data (IP, user agent) to servers operated by Google in countries outside the European Economic Area. Google relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. No content data is sent.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent (where applicable). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@raupar.com, attaching a copy of an identifying document.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing of your personal data does not comply with applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website's functionality or in applicable law. Material changes will be flagged by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
